9:19 a.m., July 5 -- Evan Montvel-Cohen has been extradited to Hawaii and is out on bail. The Sorensen Media Group's managing director's lawyer, Todd Eddins, arranged for bail so that Montvel-Cohen was free after about an hour at a Honolulu police precinct, Montvel-Cohen said yesterday.
