New oil pipeline planned for SW North Dakota (Prairie Public Broadcasting) BISMARCK, ND (2008-07-17) The Public Service Commission will be reviewing a proposed new oil pipeline in southwestern North Dakota. Plains All American Pipeline LP wants to build a 6-inch crude oil pipeline for 33 miles from Killdeer in Dunn County to just north of Dickinson.
