A Pennsylvania woman has been charged in the slaying of an 18-year-old who was found with her uterus cut open and her fetus removed, authorities said today. Andrea Curry-Demus was charged with homicide, kidnapping and unlawful restraint. Kia Johnson's body was found two days after Curry-Demus went to a hospital with a newborn, claiming that it was hers, police said.
